I ordered a 12oz ice coffee with no ice as I didn't want it to be watered down through the delivery process. I didn't expect to get a full 12 oz without the ice but was a little shocked and disappointed that only 4oz was given of coffee. Even adding ice as home, it doesn't bring it close to the 12 oz line.
