I always buy sundae's from this shop and we get at least 2-3 nights a week the same amount of sundaes.. although I have found that different people may make them differently.. we have ordered watermelon sorbet in the past and unfortunately don't have it ...so they are always sorry and add an extra flavour if they are out with your preferred flavour.. although last night the sundae's were smaller and melted slightly. However overall I am very happy with the flavours and service..

i found it rude that i ordered a 6 scoop pack and requested to have sorbet packed in a separate container due to dairy allergies and i was refused this option. They wanted me to pay an extra $20 to place two separate orders. The ice cream and sorbet was very nice tho

My favourite ice cream place, not just because of the taste. They always get your order right, they'll call you to let you know if it's in or not and asks if you'd like to change it. They always leave a smiley face or something on your order, it's definitely a happy work environment as I've been there in person as well as delivery. Cant recommend this place enough

Tonight we had 3 sundaes of which one had a brownie ordered and 3 flavours.. the other 2 had 2 brownies stuck on top lessening the ice cream inside and the cream, no chocolate sauce in either and with one sundae containing 3 flavours, one of the scoops were melted as though the sundae was being prepared when people had placed orders stopping ours in the line up as it had never happened before.. the scoop was liquorice ice cream which was just liquid although the other 2 scoops were soft. And then the brownie dropped on top which wasn't wanted or ordered was soaked in the liquid.. I definitely wasn't happy. But usually we are always very happy..
