The softies are exactly the pretzels I needed in my life. Chewy, a little doughy, perfect amount of soft. The cheese is delicious and the mustard is super spicy, but if you dig Philadelphia-style pretzels, these will tide you over til your next visit.

The mini pups were okay. Some were a tough. But flavor was good. I didn't like the Cinnamon Glaze Softie. Outside was too hard. Some parts were okay. The icing was very good. The pup had good flavor. It wasn't too much pretzel on the beef dog. Overall, it was good. I'd buy the 10 Mini Pups and pup again. Not the Cinnamon Glaze Softie.

the pretzels were more dense than I like. I like them fluffy. Meat (Pretzel Dog) Combo was extremely salty, I didnt finish.12 Nuggets + Cheese were softer and fluffy.Cinnamon Glaze Softie was really hard.

Ordered 2 of the 12 bites and 2 softies. they gave me 3 of the 12 bites and 5 softies🥺 they left a note saying "softies weren't the best so I put extra nuggets in". thank you guys so much♡

Chicken Andouille was very very dry. And the Brat and 12 Nugget Combo were both hard. So we didn't really eat any of it.
This was my first time trying this place and I LOVE pretzels so this was very disappointing. Maybe this place is better if you order earlier in the day or in person.
