Usually the pretzel dough is soft. lately they have been tough, chewy and over cooked.

The pretzels are delicious and definitely 5 stars worth of deliciousness, my only complaint is that I always order for it to be cut in pieces and out of 7 only 1 was actually cut in pieces.
