• 3/10/25Primanti's always hits the spot. My sandwich was carefully packaged so that it stayed together in transit, and the fine employee who prepared it also included a knife for me to cut it! Thank you! The cheese combo is my favorite, and everything was just right--the perfect comfort food after a long day when I barely have energy to stand. Everything was delicious and I have leftovers for later! I will definitely be ordering from here again.

• 9/14/25This place has the BEST rueben sandwiches we've ever had and it has been God Knows How Long its been since we've been to a restaurant that has GOOD quality food that's actually worth the money. The portion is crazy but we could've get enough of i5. We will DEFINITELY come back for more!

• 3/22/25I’m extremely disappointed with my recent order from Primanti Brothers through DoorDash. I ordered two 14-inch pizzas, and the quality was absolutely terrible. The way they were delivered and prepared was unacceptable—one pizza was completely distorted, uneven, and the cheese was peeling back. It was clear that it wasn’t baked properly.
I understand that it could've been busy Friday evening, but that should never be an excuse for subpar food quality. Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time I’ve received poorly made and packaged food from this location on a weekend. However, when I ordered the same pizza on a Monday night, the difference was night and day—it was perfectly made and delicious.
If there’s such an inconsistency in quality depending on who is working, management seriously needs to address this issue. Whoever is in charge of making and packaging pizzas on the weekends should take more pride in their work, and if they don’t, they shouldn’t be working in a restaurant. A good restaurant should have standards, and if a pizza isn’t up to par, it should be remade before being sent out to the customer.
As someone with over 10 years of restaurant experience, I know that when a dish isn’t prepared properly, the right approach is to communicate with the customer and the manager, apologize, and ensure the food is up to standard. Instead, I paid $50 for a BOGO deal that felt like $20 pizza from a random local joint.
This experience has really made me reconsider ordering from here again. Primanti Brothers needs to step up their quality control on weekends because this kind of inconsistency is unacceptable.

• 3/2/25Nachos had nowhere near 1/2 lb of ground meat. More like 1 tablespoon. All ingredients came separately and I had to assemble it myself. DEFINITELY overpriced for what you actually receive.
