I am a chef, and this is the only restaurantin town that I have tried with excellent food. When I dont feel like cooking Prime 115 never disappoints. The Grilled Beef Skewers and Prime Caesar are awesome the beef is prepared well and is moist and flavorful. The salad greens are crisp and the dressing, breadcrubs and cheese are in excellent proportion.

Really expected higher taste and quality like Papas or 3 forks. My Ribeye seemed like a low quality choice cut meat. The fat was not well rendered and filet was very mushy. No flavor on the filet and little on the ribeye. Scallops were not very pan seared and the bacon marmalade was just bacon bits on the scallops. Red potatoes had potential. When you had a good bite it was good. Then you get a bite and it was raw potatoe. Hard and just not done, not a good surprise for sure. Crab cakes and Mac and cheese was good though. For this price, I will not be back. Shame since it's so close to home too.

The portions are way smaller than in the restaurant and the steak was 30% fat. I love dining in the restaurant, but I would not do take out again.

The food is always so fresh and delicious. They will even make special items if you need something a little different or want to add something to your meal. The wait staff is so great. Atmosphere is cozy and elegant. I don't have a favorite because it is all so great. But I do eat miso glazed salmon for lunch a lot.

One of my favorite restaurants and the food was superb as always. Was hesitant about using delivery but every thing was packed separately with toppings on the side. Still hot and quality did not suffer one bit by using DoorDash.
