I was really disappointed with my experience at PrimoHoagies. The roll on my sub was so hard that it seemed stale, making it difficult to eat. On top of that, the shredded lettuce was brown and wilted instead of fresh and crisp. Fresh ingredients are one of the main reasons people choose a hoagie shop, so this was very disappointing.
For the price of the sandwiches, I expected much better quality. I hope management pays closer attention to food freshness and quality control because this was not the standard I expected from PrimoHoagies. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning unless this issue is addressed.

Delicious! My ultimate favorite place! I got roast beef and cheese and they cut the beef just perfect!

this was the worst made sandwich ever. they used hardly any cole slaw, and it was such a downgrade from what their “standard” is. just terrible all the way around. for the price they charge, they should be ashamed this is what they are offering.

Sandwich is ok but if im paying 18 bucks bas for a Philly Cheesesteak I expect it to be filled with steak, not just the middle
