• 3/23/26Prontos is an absolute class act establishment and old school. The door dasher forgot part of my order and prontos did not hesitate to make things right. so kind so professional and so understanding. they remade my sandwich and sent some extra cookies with a note that said "sorry" (and the mistake wasn't even their fault). Super Italian Sub is the best sandwich always loaded. great portions great price.

• 2/3/25BLT was great. Followed accomodation request for no mayo. Frys were super soggy. I think this was due to the poor packaging material. You could see the sweat inside of the bag. I never expect super crispy fries when I order delivery, but these were soggier than any other delivery fries I've had before.

• 4/2/25Tuscan Roast Beef Sub on gluten free wrap was delicious, packed full of Angus roast beef supposedly made in house. All ingredients tasted fresh, flavorful. Comes with a small side of your choice. Dasher Shawna delivered fast, sent me a kind text.

• 8/21/25First time ordering from here. Super Italian sub had good flavor but I'm not sure I'd order again. Sandwich had more lettuce filling up the roll than anything else. It was more like an antipasto salad on a roll than an Italian sub.
