Second time getting a bacon egg and cheese on an onion bagel and there's been other food all over the wrapping and the bagel. For the price of this place i feel like there should be more than half an egg on the whole sandwich. Don't recommend.

Blueberry Bagel was delicious. The strawberry cream cheese was good but I couldn't really tell the cream cheese was strawberry unless reading the package. The first bit taste like an everything bagel. I guess the knife was not cleaned off before cutting my bagel

They replaced something they were out of with a choice my children will absolutely not eat. I would've preferred communication and I could've picked something else or gotten a refund as now this food will go to waste.

Tired of this store lol. I keep coming back because they're kind of the only bagels around, but between the absent-minded workers, the long wait for AS-IS bagels, the wrong orders, the extremely dry day-old bagels, I've just had enough. You cannot just swap out one bagel for another, I feel like it's best to just call the customer and see what they'd like. This time they sent me a poppy seed bagel in place of a sesame, it was for my kid and she will not eat poppy seed so now i have to scrape off the poppy seeds or figure out another breakfast for her. I don't know if this was just another mistake or they just picked for me, but either way im tired of it. Please save yourself the frustration. The other location on N Main St in Providence isn't as bad. This one on mineral spring is two thumbs down
