โข 3/9/24The food was fantastic and thoroughly enjoyed! The Shrimp Santa Cruz Dinner came with a huge salad and the pasta was everything I expected and more! The Fettuccine Alfredo Dinner also came with a huge salad and the sauce was perfectly balanced with a velvety texture! We will be ordering/ visiting them more often.

โข 9/27/24Inedible. Puccinis is not what it used to be. The serving was 1/2 size. Under cooked pasta. So much burned tasting garlic it was inedible. This is the third time this summer with he same bad experience. The pizza good but do not order the pasta dishes. It's a shame. Puccinis used to be so good.

โข 7/27/26We ordered 5-6 times over the last month. The first time we loved it, but by the third time we ordered, they had changed the pasta container and the portion was reduced to a half.
Last night was the worst. The pasta was overcooked and dry, Also the portion was almost a third of what we ordered previously. There is no consistency in quality at this restaurant.

โข 3 days agoNever know how the food will be. About every 3rd time it's amazing then is bad for the next 2. The first time I got the Alfredo it was creamy and delicious easily the best Alfredo I have had in my life. But then the next several times it's terrible. This time was horrible. Huge chunks of garlic and it was dry and clumpy. Same with potion size. One time the bowl will be to the top next time it's not even half way. When it's good it's amazing when it's not it is terrible.

โข 4/5/26It's really too bad that Puccinis used to be great, not anymore. Pasta portions are unreasonably small for the price. The chicken piccata was dry and no flavor. Garlic bread was basically toast with nothing on it. The ranch dressing used to be very good. Now it has so much garlic it burns your mouth and costs an extra .95ยข! We waited an hour and our pizza did not arrive. "Out of stock". We received no message informing us or to offer a substitution, and no refund has been applied! I don't know about other locations but the Geist location has really gone down hill.
