I just returned from living in the Yucatan, near Cancun. I lived there for twenty years. The culture, once you leave the resort towns of Costa Maya, is warm and inviting. The meal I received this evening reminded me of the favors of the Yucatan. The presentation is different but the flavor was bang on.

The chicken Chicken Fajitas are amazing. More than enough for two meals. I will be ordering again. The photo is how my meal came from the Dasher. It arrived like this and was cold. It was still amazing.
