All enchilada dishes are served with rice and beans. Whole black beans and/or steamed white rice available upon request. Rice and beans may be substituted with salad, or a double serving of either rice or beans. Our enchiladas are made with corn tortillas but flour tortillas may be substituted. Add $0.75.

Meats marinated in our own special marinade are sautéed with onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. Served with sour cream, guacamole, lettuce, Mexican rice, refried beans, coleslaw and corn or flour tortillas.

Favoritos dishes are served with Mexican rice and refried beans.

Chicken dishes are served with Mexican rice, refried beans or cholesterol-free “frijoles de la olla”, flour or corn tortillas and coleslaw.

All meat dishes are served with coleslaw, Mexican rice, and refried beans and your choice of flour or corn tortillas. We use only USDA Choice steak and lean pork.

Our traditional taco salad is served in a crispy flour tortilla shell (bowl shaped) with cheese melted over the meat, and topped with lettuce, shredded cheese, tomato, sour cream and ranchero sauce.

Our traditional tostadas are made with a flat crispy corn tortilla base and topped with your choice of refried beans or cholesterol-free “frijoles de la olla,” your choice of delicious meat, fresh lettuce, cheese, tomato, guacamole and sour cream.

All egg dishes served with Mexican rice, refried beans or cholesterol-free “frijoles de la olla,” coleslaw, and flour or corn tortillas.

Seafood dishes served with flour or corn tortillas upon request.
