I way ordered on purpose. I enjoy Pugs food and happy that they have figured out the delivery of their fries! Everything was delicious, especially the chocolate torte! Thank you

First time trying this restaurant. Fish and chips were the only highlight. Well cooked and a nice portion. Fries were also good. The cheesecake might have been good, but since they didn't sent it, we'll never know. The chicken strips "served with bbq sauce" weren't, and were so dry without it that they went in the trash. Seasonal veggies included tons of onions and 4 scraps of other stuff. I like grilled onions, but wouldn't order a side of them on purpose. Grilled cheese was okay.

The Baked Mac & Cheese was terrible. It was dry with no sauce, covered in parmesan cheese, and the chopped bacon was half cooked strips just thrown on the top. The garlic bread was also a non toasted and non seasoned piece of bread.

Had to order twice because more than half our order was missing. The second time we were still missing items. The host did take accountability with the first order, but then still missed items on the second. The burgers were not terrible but not great. Pretzel was stale, cheese sauce was gross. Mozzarella sticks were gross. I haven't eaten the cheese cake, but if it was made via The Cheesecake Factory Cheesecake then it should be safe. Would not order here again.

Very disappointed. We spent almost $100 on food.The pulled pork was very salty, Mac n cheese was so nasty. Tasted gritty. The fries were so soggy we had to throw out. They forgot our snickers pie. I wouldn't suggest this place to my enemies.
