Food was amazing and traveled well (Pollo Saltado was so good but they give not enough meat at all) other than that the Jalea Mixta was great too (but they gave 3 yuca fries)

The Lomo Saltado was great; very tender meat, nice sauce, onions and tomatoes as is typical of this Peruvian dish. The milanesa de pollo was also very good; the chicken was flat, but still tender.

The Anticuchos were so delicious, very tender and medium rare just like I like them. Every meal we have had from Pukara has been delicious.

Excellent Peruvian food!!! Everything we ordered from the tasty anticuchos, aji de gallina, papa a la Huancaina, carapulca to the causas, tacu lomo and ciupe de camarones was super delicious.
