it took some effort to get the lid off, but that could be from where I added honey to it. but the flavor is good! bananas are fresh, the cacao nibs I added, give it a great bitterness flavor to it. they didn't add a spoon or straw to the bag, thankfully I had a straw and I was able to get a spoon. but otherwise, it's really good

The smoothies and bowls were very good. However, we had 8 smoothies, some similar in color and they didn't write on the cup what they were so it turned in to a guessing game on who's drink was who's.
