The SOPA DE RES was delicious. The broth was tasty, the beef (short ribs) was extremely tender, and the vegetables were al dente. The YUCA CON CHICHARRONES - also well fried and tasty. FRIJOL CON QUESO pupusa was also good. Food was hot. I also love the vinaigrette flavored "cole slaw" a the tang works well with the pork. Soup also comes with plain pupusas. Overall, a nice spread that will yield 3 meals!

MOJARRA FRITA SOLA was very good! the fish was weall seasoned and packaged. The skin was crispy and the meat juicy and tender (10/10). I didn't expect for it to be so big, so ai ate half of it later and it re-warmed well. The portion definetly worth the price. TAMAL DE PUERCO hands down the best tamals I've had. they are very moist and just melts in your mouth. CASAMIENTO was well seasoned, love the black beans and rice. Its less grain like and more mushy, but in a good way. everything was a 10/10. would def reorder.

the BEST pupuseria EVER! I have never made pupusas my go-to! So hot, cheesy, flavorful. Best looks in person and even with delivery! Burns my mouth everytime! They have the best ensalada drink too, I’m a person who doesn’t like too much fruit and this is PERFECT. Bottled too? Heck yes! I can drink it and store it without it going bad for a such large quantity! I’ve ordered from other pupuseria and don’t get me wrong, they are still good but NOTHING hits like El Cerro Verde! I strictly order from here now and I wish they were open later and weekends! 🤣

I got the bean and cheese and it was very tasty and fresh. I also have the VEGETARIANA one as well and that too was also fresh and amazing good. I highly suggest try these pupusas. They also pretty big and reasonable priced.

The food was amazing pupusas weren't too greasy neither too dry, made just right!! The yuca and chicharrón was amazing also yuca was very crispy and chicharrón wasn't greasy at all. The passion fruit juice tasted so fresh!! This meal made my day!!
