• 1/30/25Just had a burrito the size of a newborn. Well worth what I paid for it, wont need to eat for 12 hours. The carnitas was the perfect blend of crispy and tender. Highly recommend the Burrito Chicana de Carnitas / Chicana Pork Burrito

• 5/19/25I was unfamiliar with Salvadorian food, but I ordered Caldo de Res. Wow, what a delight! A very homestyle dish made with such care and attention. Absolutely delicious, as well as healthy. Everything in my order was so nicely wrapped, too. I'm writing this review after my 2nd order in a week from Pupuseria La Chicana. Truly the best restaurant in Woodland, I'm sure!

• 12/14/23I got the Chile Relleno Burrito and added an egg to it. Due to the price, I expected it to be a smaller burrito but that's definitely not the case. This was delicious and filling. I'm looking forward to going through the rest of the menu. This is a gem in Woodland. Did I already say that in another review? Whatever, it's worth repeating if I did.

• 11/21/23I had a Pupusa de Carnitas y Queso / Pork and Cheese Pupusa with an egg and guacamole. I didn't know I needed this in my life until today but it will be a new norm. You can't beat the price point. I'm absolutely stuffed for under $10 and in today's economy in California, that ain't bad at all. The carnitas was tender and full of flavor, the guacamole was fresh and delicious and Ijust can't say enough good. Loved it!

• 4/21/26The Burrito de Tocino y Huevo / Bacon and Egg Burrito is the best breakfast burrito I've had anywhere. It's massive and keeps me full all day long. I will remain loyal, forever. They fill my belly and heart with joy.
