You could tell the food was made fresh to order. The Queso Solo / Cheese Only pupusa was cheesy and the masa was not tough, it was easy to bite into without being undercooked. I liked that the Orden de Plátano Solo con Frijol y Crema / Plain Plantain with Beans & Cream Order had the frijoles in a small container so it wouldn't mix the frijoles with the cream. The foil kept it warm, and the napkins were a decent amount.
