Paid $40 for food and didn't even receive utensils. Absolutely disgusting, too little food, poor service, and overall an overpriced restaurant for its quality. Never ordering again. Pure Vida Miami, please get it together.

I asked for egg white and got the whole eggs w yolks. As well the omelette was not made with the usual skill that I always get from this item from Phre Vida.

They get my order wrong over 50% of the time. The protein to the salad is always left out. I am not ordering from them anymore, they have messed this up multiple times.
