Portion was way bigger than expected. Definitely was my moneys worth. Super fresh ingredients! Nd filling ! I opted for the chicken thigh meat instead. Chef's kiss . Love Purebird just ate twice in a row so good and fast!

Everything from Purbird is amazing. The chicken is cooked to perfection, the mashed potatoes are to die for and the chicken soup is definitely not just for cold dreary days.

I ordered the half chicken with a side of mashed potatoes, sautéed spinach and Purbird bread. The chicken was one of the best ones I ate. Flame broiled and juicy. The mashed potatoes tasted delicious and had a smooth textur. The spinach had enough seasoning and garlic in it, to not overpower the taste of the spinach.
