Food here is ALWAYS delish! The Sake Nigiri was buttery good and the rice didn't fall off. Shrimp Tempura roll was excellent and they used soy paper as requested. The Tempura Vegetable Plate was a little greasy and had to blot with paper towels, but tasted Devine and they sent 2 tempura sauces as requested as well. Also got chopsticks this time without even asking! And soy sauce packets! Was a perfect dinner tonight after a difficult day.

Sadly, other than the Tempura Vegetable Plate our meal was not as expected at all. The beef in the Yakisoba was in huge pieces, very tough and gristly and had very little flavor. The noodles in the dish were greasy and the flavor of the sauce was strange; it tasted of nutmeg or some other sweet spice, very odd. The Spam Masubi was all rice, very little spam, and oddly built - you couldn't pick it up to eat it without it all falling apart. The Futomaki was very loose, it also fell apart, the balance of rice to vegetables was off and the sushi rice didn't have much flavor. The only saving grace of our meal was the Tempura Vegetable Plate, which had a light, crisp batter, well fried, and a good amount of items included in the dish - this was the only item we would order again

Kind of bummed out. It was all ok but the Flaming Sake is not spicy at all. I couldn't taste any spicy mayo at all ( although with the sriracha pepper shortage maybe?) but the name is misleading. The calamari is about a dollar per strip but otherwise ok. The other bummer was that the Dynamite only had avocado on a third of it. I get if you are trying for a pattern but then put some inside the roll so the ingredient can be found throughout.

I'm addicted to the Paradise roll! SO GOOD! Always is. And I really like the Shrimp Tempura also. I always get 2 orders of Sake Nigiri and it's always buttery deliciousness. Never any complaints, always on time and everything tastes fantastic.

The sushi was semi fresh and tasty! Not the best not the worst sushi I've had in the PNW. Worth the price tho!
