I don't know how old the ground beef was but it wasn't good at all. The portion for this to be $24 was not a fair portion at all. Usually it's fresh. It wasn't fresh and there was barely any queso in the bowl. I did the Create Your Own Bowl. I paid $24. And it wasn't worth it. I may not order again if it's going to be like this.

The rice wasn't cooked all the way. The steak was chewy and had a lot of fat and inedible bits. I asked for beans and I didn't receive any.
I tried the new cilantro habanero steak, but I didn't like it. The flavor was odd and didn't taste very good. I had grilled chicken and steak and there was barely any chicken in the bowl, the portions are not equal or worth the extra money. Freshness- I guess, it could've been better. I wouldn't order from this place again, especially on DoorDash, maybe better in person ..

I order from here all the time, and it's always good except for this evening. There was a huge piece of fat in my meat, and about 3 pieces of romaine lettuce in my bowl

Only good thing about the burrito was the cholula chicken tasted amazing. Other than that it was a disappointment. The tortilla was hard like it was stale. Toppings were seriously lacking, hardly any toppings at all, especially the queso and sour cream, I had like a penny size drop at the very end of my burrito. Only ordered from this location because the normal one I order from was not accepting doordash orders at the time. Wont be ordering from this location again.

The Create Your Own Burrito grill chicken burrito was soooog good. It was the perfect amount of fresh grill chicken.
