Chicken was more gristle and fat than actual meat, what there was of it. Swimming in sour cream but where was the cheese queso I ordered? I'm usually quite pleased with them but was very let down this time. Seems quality has gone downhill lately.

Paid for extra chicken. Did not receive it barely looks like any chicken is in the bowl, small amount of ingredients. Tortilla is tore, lid not on tight, order looked rushed and thrown together

Qdoba employees fail to acknowledge that when an individual pays for extra protein, that they indeed paid for extra protein with real money that they worked for. Thanks bro

They did run out of chicken which wasn't really the issue. But the rice was not fully cooked which took away from other aspects of the meal
