The little bit of chicken I did have was burnt. With the amount of food in the bowl you would have thought I ordered a mini bowl. I got less items this time and my order cost more. Very unhappy with this order.

I got the Create Your Own Bowl and paid for extra steak and I literally got 5 peices of steak in this 24 dollar bowl. This is honestly unacceptable and not the first time this happened. I will not order from here again unless something is done to make it right on their end.

Food is usually pretty good but I don't know what y'all doin lately.. burrito was so greasy it was disintegrating the tortilla, and there's no meat in this one so not sure how that works. Every bite I took I pulled out a long, empty stalk of cilantro, I don't mind a few small chopped stalks but if the leaves are gone... maybe chop up some new cilantro????

Where's the BEEF?!? I accidentally ordered extra ground beef with my ground beef Create Your Own Bowl. cool beans,my mistake, not the worst thing that could happen. Get our meal and start to eat. Theres some burger but not in every bite. or every other bite. Almost thought that they skipped the meat but then I saw some burger. ask my other half if his bowl got the extra beef by mistake...nope, just a regular portion of beef along with lots of cilantro stems lol. Check what's remaining in my bowl, absolutely no hidden ground beef anywhere. Paid for extra but barely received the minimum of the standard portion.
