New location on Warrensville is not good. Food had no flavor and the chicken undercooked. Mayfield location is MUCH better.

A very very small sized portion. It would take 4 of these to make one full regular bowl Create Your Own Mini Bowl is overpriced for the size. It is $2 less in price so with that small difference in price the difference in size shouldn't be similar
Very delicious and the charge for double protein is the same as double protein price on a regular sized bowl and the cost is not the same as the double portion on a regular bowl

My Steak Fajita Quesadilla was burnt. Smelt burnt and tasted burnt. We got $100 worth of food and not one fork or napkin and only 1 sour cream, even tho we added on several.

Sometimes they make the food right other times they will just freestyle your bowl. My bowl either have items removed or they add random stuff . It tastes like someone's first time working at a restaurant like this . My review is only for this location the one on mayfield is better

The cilantro lime rice was inconsistently cooked. Some pieces were crunchy. The alleged mild salsa almost fried my taste buds. There was barely any lettuce in the food.
