Food was still hot, probably best service there is in Columbia, everyone else should follow suite

I had a feeling this going left when it took 20 minutes for my order to be acknowledged. The poor delivery driver messaged to say that the order wasn't even submitted until well after his/her arrival. Ribs charred with little meat; paid $3 ea for 16.9oz Btl Pepsi16.9oz Btl Mountain Dew and got two maybe 12 oz fountain drinks in clear plastic Petro and TA service station cups with no tamper-proofing over the lid. First and last time customer.
