With the high 4.9 rating, I thought this would be a great place to order bento style boxes. Boy was I wrong. I ordered the tsukune (Japanese chicken meat ball), and the chicken was not fresh, the sauce was not flavorful, the rice was meh, and overall it was a travesty; I shared this with another person, and they said the same thing. I looked at everyone else's orders and they were lackluster. As a half Japanese who lived in Japan, I have NO IDEA how anyone could give this place a high rating. Will never order from here again.
