This was honestly one of the worst food experiences I’ve had.
Ordered two bowls on a Buy One Get One Free promotion and what I received was a complete joke. Each bowl had literally two teaspoons of rice, a few strands of lettuce, NO toppings at all, about half a tablespoon of refried beans, and maybe four pieces of corn. That’s it. For $16, this is insulting.
Before ordering, I called the store specifically to confirm that sauces would be provided on the side for BOTH bowls. When the food arrived, they gave only ONE sauce. ONE.
I called back and the owner (a lady) picked up and immediately started arguing in a very aggressive tone. Instead of addressing the issue, she tried to divert by saying the bowl was half lettuce and half ricewhich is not even true and then said that because it was a promotion, this is how it’s supposed to be.
So apparently, according to her logic, if something is promotional, you’re supposed to get almost nothing in the bowl. She was equating four pieces of corn and half a teaspoon of beans to a full portion just because it was a promo.
When I asked about the missing sauce (which I had confirmed beforehand), she said sauce is an extra charge and that I should be “thankful” for what I already got. When I reminded her that I had called earlier, she said “I don’t know anything about that.”
At that point, it was clear she doesn’t know how to handle a conversation or customer service, so I hung up.
When I said I would leave a review and let customers decide, her response was “I don’t care” and she said she would reply back anyway.

I ordered spicy chicken Large Burrito for my guests and it was full of rice and i could barely count chicken in that. Worst meal and full of disappointment.

I was expecting more fillings and not just plain chicken. No sauce or anything, so it was a disappointment.
Portions are okay sized and chicken tasted fine, but not having anything else inside the quesadilla really made them lose a few points.
