The croffle's hard like a rock and really sticky I can't even bite it with my teeth. And had to try really hard to break it apart with my 2 hands.
The brown sugar boba milk also tastes like milk is being mixed with water just very bland taste. Disappointing

boba came with no straw, no ice, and the topping either dissolved or was forgotten. the cup is 25% empty? the beat cup came with no lid and was used, with liquid inside. it also had a partial sticker ripped off.

Consistently good drinks. Every now & again they overbrew the black tea so it's a little bitter but the Hokkaido Black Milk Tea this time was tasty. The Lychee Green Tea with Aloe Vera is my favorite drink of theirs. The Brown Rice Tea is a new favorite.

My last drink was so undrinkable. I ordered a sweet Thai tea and this one that arrived taste bitter much darker consistency than I ever seen. This is disappointing and I wasted 20$
