The ribs were so tender that they just fell apart when I picked them up with my fork! The fried okra had a light tempura batter on them. They were very tasty!

The Sweet Tea was perfect!! I ordered with no ice and temperature was great.... poured over a lil ice at home so it would not be diluted. The Macaroni & Cheese was as best to homemade without being baked, seasoned well, tender noodles. Smothered Pork Chops over rice, definitely tasted homemade.....the dressing flavorful..... the green beans were hard and unseasoned, but they were pretty 😭🤣😂😅 Large portions, for me, enough for lunch and dinner....... Husband says the Po'Boy Sandwich was "hittin'"........ thumbs up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

This is my fist time ordering. I got the Fried Chicken Leg and Thigh Dinner with yams and collards. The food came hot and freshly cooked. The portions are generous (I ate half for lunch and will eat the rest for dinner). The food was tasty -- the yams weren't too sweet which I liked. The collards had a nice flavor -- and was well enhanced with my Louisiana hot sauce. The chicken was well fried. Skin/coating was crispy and the meat was juicy. The seasoning on the coating was fine but the meat underneath was kind of bland-- I had to add salt and hot sauce to it which helped. The cornbread was a really nice size-- it was a hunk. It had a nice flavor too and was moist, even before I spread butter on it. The 7 Up pound cake was fine imo. Nothing to write home about. I think I just prefer all-butter pound cake. But if you like 7Up cake then this may be your jam. :). I will definitely try them again.

Baked Short Rib Dinner wasn't cooked at the time of placing my order despite it being available to order online. It was replaced with old oxtails. Vegetarian Dinner with 2 Standard Sides and 2 Soul Food Sides consisted of all canned Sides that taste like they've been sitting out. 4 Jumbo Shrimp, 5 Oysters and 2 Sides Combo Meal the oysters were old and very "fishy" tasting. Peach Cobbler was terrible. It was very doughy. Everything was flavorless or had a metallic can taste. A big waste of money. Won't be back

The food is mediocre . The rice and gravy is mostly rice . They do not put but a teaspoon amount in a cup of rice . Shane we try to support but it's hard to do . Also you have to pay for cornbread
