The special R&G Special Beef 嶺南牛肉 is on a regular rotation- amazingly tender, not too sweet choice for protein. The Mixed Vegetables with Mushrooms 荷芹鮮雜菌 is on a whole different level - light and full of diverse mushrooms, not just shiitake and button. The Baked Seabass 香焗銀雪魚was a little fishy for my taste and the Fried Rice 炒飯 is a bit on the dry side.

The Steak Cubes with Mushroom were way of this world. The steak was tender, the assorted mushrooms were beautiful, and the green beans were crisp, not mushy. All were enhanced. by a delicious savory sauce that had hints of sweetness. The Ma Po Tofu was comprised mainly of generous soft pillows of bean curd, sautéed with pulled meat. Very saucey, so I'm glad I ordered a large steamed rice. The Beef Chow Fun was delicious, as always. Love those fat noodles and all the flavors complemented each other. All in all: perfection!
