For the first time among all the Bengali restaurants I've been through, this is the first time I got a complementary dish just because i had to wait 5min more for the pickup. haha..
even though their food has always been good, this huge upgrade in customer service is really appreciable.
(even when i tried to buy a drink, they said it's on the house 😭)
