Ordered here for the first time based on their rating, and it was fantastic! The Chicken Katsu Curry Rice Plate was a nice hearty sized portion and super flavorful, and the ramen was delicious!! Highly recommend!

The only reason I wouldn't give the Shabu Shabu Beef Ramen a good rating is only because it is labeled on the menu as a "spicy" option. When received it was not spicy, like at all. The taste was rich and flavorful, but just not what I wanted when ordering this meal. Though for how far away it was, i'm mildly impressed that it stayed hot through the entire ride, but it did, which is something I also enjoyed! The size was good for its price and honestly I wasn't able to finish it all again. If they have any actual spicy options I would also feel inclined to order their ramen again since the quality of it wasn't bad at all.
I would recommend the meal to anyone looking for a flavorful meal though!

Always satisfied orderin from here, they have yet to fail me. Good food and they always are able to accommodate my food request with allergies. Been ordering here for the last 5 years now. Ribeye Steak Ramen Special & Japanese Fried Udon Plate are always my go to's. I especially love when the steak is extra flavorful!

Best ramen ive ever had. Been going here forever and seriously can't find any place better. The Curry Charsiu is creamy and rich. The meat is so tender and flavorful. Worth every dollar!

We love Rai Rai, but today the quality was disappointing. It was my first time ordering through DoorDash, so I'm not sure if this affects how they treat orders. I ordered a Vegetables ramen like usual, but my soup tasted different today-- it was bland. What makes this ramen stand apart from others at different ramen shops is that it usually has a light savory sauce on top of the vegetables, but it was missing today. As a vegetarian, I find that not many places get the flavors right, but Rai Rai used to. The version I get in the store also comes with tofu, this one was without, so there's no protein. We also ordered a Fried Chicken with Fried Chicken with Rice and we asked for extra sour veggie cause it's usually really good, but today's veggies tasted different than usual-- they had an miso-like flavor. They usually don’t charge us for extra either but today they did. I wouldn't mind paying extra, but not when I'm not getting what I order. Also, the prices on here are higher, despite it saying "no added fees". The chicken is usually $12.95 and the ramen is $13.95. With up charges, my DoorDash order total was $35.68. Overall, we're really confused on why today was disappointing. Did something happen to the chef? My takeaway is that I do not recommend ordering from them through third parties. Hopefully their quality is still the same in store.
