Carne Asada preparation and texture was excollected. As of today, highly recommend Rakachaka for their quality of the meal, amount served, and price point.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Rakachaka. The meat was horrible undercooked, fatty, and not enjoyable at all. On top of that, the rice and beans were burnt and bland, with no real flavor. For the price and expectation, I was hoping for much better quality. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this restaurant Carne Asada

day two ordering from Rakachaka but ordered the Grilled Pork which was excellent. The quality, amount, and price is consistent with yesterday's order.
