• 12/1/23Broth is delicious! They followed my request and separated the noodles from the broth.
Only thing is...there should have been more broth for the amount of money I had to pay.
Anyways, delicious! Can't wait to order again.

• 1/14/26Love the SPICY QUARTZ flavor. The quality of the broth is so good and the broccolini is a great addition. It's not overly spicy but enough that it's too spicy for the kids. I like when they include the soup spoons sometimes! My favorite ramen place in the area for sure!

• 2/21/26First time trying this place. Very disappointing. The expensive dishes have only noodles and broth with two thin slices of chicken. The broccolini was about the size of a toothpick, only one sliver. I ordered extra grilled vegetables but didn't get it on either dish I paid and extra $3 each for. Would never order again. Just broth and cheap noodles.

• 12/14/23How could anyone have something bad to say? the ramen here is flavorful, they have vegan options, and the appetizers (vegan buns and vegan gyoza) have so much flavor. If you like it extra spicy just ask and they handle it! This is a place Folsom desperately needed!!!

• 5/3/25Tried this place expecting a solid bowl of ramen, but honestly, it was a letdown. The portion was tiny—barely enough noodles to fill me up, and only two small slices of pork that felt more like a garnish than a main ingredient. For the price, I expected something much more satisfying. The flavor was just mid—nothing special
