The employee had to call me to tell me they were out of the flavor I ordered. She was very nice on the phone and took care of situation. The flavor I picked was very good.

Our orders were mixed with other flavors. The person scooping the ices failed to wash the scooper. This resulted in having a mix of stuff in our each of our orders.
