The "best fried chicken" is said a lot. In the case of Ralph's, when you combine a juicy interior without being overly so, an absolutely delicate crunchy exterior and a tempered hand at seasoning that is satisfying without being aggressive, you have the best fried chicken. The pieces are large and varied. Not just a bunch of thighs and drumsticks. The accompanying spuds in their meal options are light coated and deliciously crispy outside and like buttery mashed potatoes inside. The coleslaw is sliced instead of grated so it has a crisper texture. The dressing is light with vinegar and a healthy amount of black pepper. Finally I had the garlic dip. If you know Lebanese food, this is the famous "toum" or traditional garlic sauce that is a light-as-a-cloud emulsion of garlic and oil that is the best garlic condiment that you'll ever have in your life. Ralph's is not only a treat but a treasure of a meal.

This is the best Chicken I have ever had takes fresh ,crispy the pieces are very big . Comes with spuds and a can of pop

The BEST fried chicken in the city, honestly best fried chicken I've ever had. The spuds are so good even the next day.
The owners also love the community, I was treated like family when I'd buy from their original location.
When I saw Ralph's donated chicken for the volunteer search for the missing Edmontonian teen Samuel Bird I knew I'd be ordering from them even more than I already have!

I ordered the 15 pc meal & small gravy. The chicken was cooked well and not greasy as some fried foods can get. Coating on the chicken was seasoned nicely. The fries were large wedges and tasted great. The gravy was great tasting and I don't usually like gravy. Chicken & fries reheat well in airfryer. Will definitely order again.
