The Ramen Danbo chain's first restaurants outside of Japan were in Kitsilano and Robson, Vancouver, Canada, and we now have outlets in Seattle and New York as well. Our menu focuses on classic Tonkots…
so tasty! I love the Shio Ramen (vg) and the incredible broth that it comes with :) the tofu soaks up so much flavor. can't get enough of this place! the Vegan Soy Chashu Bowl is nice and salty with loads of umami.

Took over an hour and a half for them to make the food available to the driver to start. I placed my order at 9:30, the food delivered at 11:40.
The portions are insanely small compared to other ramen restaurants, especially considering they are one of the more expensive shops in town.
Flavor is bland and not as good at others in the area.

I always love the miso and classic vegan ramen here. Problem is that for my pickup order, they gave me the thinnest sliver of tofu possible, which was disappointing, because I know that it is much smaller portion from when in-person.

Ramen Danbo is a blessing upon mankind. I don't do pork so I get their vegan ramen and every time I do I am astounded that they can make a hearty delicious broth with no animal products. Their customization options are legit, what you ask for is what you get! Good quality ingredients and packaged with care. My favorite spot to get takeout in all of cap hill!

The THINNEST slices of pork you'll ever see. Might as well have been sliced in a deli for sandwiches. The egg on the side comes COLD out of the fridge. Do they use a medicine dropper for sauce servings? $70 for two people after taxes and fees. Hard to not feel ripped off. At least the broth was good...
