A unique fusion of authentic Tonkotsu Ramen and Izakaya-style small plates in a modern and spacious semi-private atmosphere. Yu-Gen's most renown Tonkotsu Ramen is made by slow-cooking pork for 16 hou…
I substituted the pork belly for the ground chicken in my Shoyu Tonkotsu Ramen and it was divine! I had just the right amount of noodles and toppings (I added corn which was yummy) and I had more than enough broth. The shoyu broth was rich in flavor.
I would definitely order this ramen dish again (replacing the pork with the ground chicken). I love that the meat and other toppings were in a separate container instead of on top of the noodles.

Everything is always great and tasty and the order is always done right. My only complaint is that the broth only ever seems to come half full. It would be nice if they filled it up all the way instead of me paying for an extra broth, both of which are half full, therefore I'm paying for the price of two, only to receive the equivalent of one whole broth.

Always fresh. You can tell the ramen noodles are made from scratch, and they have a gluten free option that tastes very good as well with a nice texture. The chicken in the ramen is very tender and juicy. The gyoza is pork I believe, you can also tell the outer layer is made from scratch. Definitely worth it if you're looking for a good ramen spot.

Tantan Ramen (mild) was super good, just a hint of spice. Nice creamy egg, not overdone. Good noodles. Large portion! I will order again!

I was really craving some ramen soup and this did hit the spot. It was a pretty small portion, not enough for two meals although it was a lot of noodles. I was impressed that they had gluten free noddles, which a lot of ramen places don't have. The noddles were super clumped together which took awhile to unfurl in the soup. The Tantan Ramen was a good level of spice without adding in the extra spice. It was good but considering it is one of the best reviewed ramen places on DoorDash, I thought it would be excellent. I found the flavor to be pretty one note.
