The flavor of the spicy red miso soup was alright. I expected the flavor to be punchier. It wasn't really spicy at all, especially compared to other local ramen places. The "soft boiled" egg was a hard boiled egg which wasn't good. They gave a lot of noodles which were pretty good.

Best employees ever, they want to save money for their boss. Can we have more soup? ????? It won't cost the store a lot...... also, the "karaage " makes me wonder if this is a Chinese restaurant! It's definitely not Japanese karaage......

Chashu was so lean that I can see no fat. First time see chashu that made with loin. Horrible. Bamboo shoots taste super weird, cannot eat that thing.
