Everything was divine, I liked how the food was delivered as I was worried it would spill on the way. The gyosas were a bit small but had great flavor and texture.

Why are you guys so stingy with egg and pork? The ramen only comes with half an ajitama egg, and only one small piece of chasu. Other ramen places in Austin offer more meat and full ajitama egg for the same price. Really dissapointed.

The #4 🌶️🔥 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu)ramen is Smokey and delicious. Perfectly cooked egg. If you like a lot of broth, order extra. Thoughtfully packaged.
The Karaage wasn't a win. Almost burned, very small little bits of chicken. I love karaage and this wasn't one to write home about. But get that ramen. So yum.

Hi!
I've ordered on DoorDash before from this same restaurant and order the same exact Ramen. The broth, meat and eggs were just fine however, the noodles are all clumped together in one huge clump. I had to remove it from the Ramen and try to pick apart the noodles. The noodles were very chewy and I don't know if they are expired or what changed , but these don't taste like the normal noodles and they don't separate at all. I ended up just eating the meat and the broth and the eggs and having to throw away the noodles. Very expensive lunch to not be able to enjoy it all.

In all honesty the food was nasty.
The flavoring of the ramen was a bit off. There was something in the dish that taste it sweet, i couldn't I was. that sweet taste through off the meal.
The dish did not appear to be fresh.
The egg had a funny tastes from the outside to the core.
There was one singular piece of meat, and it was not very flavorful.
The broth did not have a savory taste like most ramen
I would not order this again.
