Obsessed with the #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) definitely my favorite with an extra spicy bomb. (So happy Ramen Tatsu-Ya accepts delivers now, when the first opened it was dine in only. Favorite ramen in Austin!)

#4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) was creamy, spicy, lots of toppings, but more salty than most ramen I have had at other
places. Same with #1 THE OG (Tonkotsu) it was creamy and lots of toppings but also too salty. The Karaage pieces were smaller. The Korokkaaayyy was crispy and tender.

Ramen Tastya is our go to spot. This location is new to us, but did not disappoint.
The #4 MI-SO-HOT (Tonkotsu) & ' #6 OL’ SKOOL (Assari) were great. We loved that the broth was separate from the noodles & toppings. Dumplings (Gyoza) are always good . Will definitely order again.

Very good ramen. The portions were large. The ingredients were fresh. I gave 4 stars because I've had better, but still very good, not great, but I would get it again.

The "OG" flavor hit the spot. I gave it 4 stars because I ordered extra noodles, and the total amount was like a normal serving, without the extra it would have been bleak and it came with only one piece of pork.
