Flower arranement was incorrect and flowers were weathered, so sad looking roses, even paid extra for baby breath and fancy wrapping... doesn't look fancy at all

While they were wrapped beautifully, they were supposed to be pink roses as a gift. Very disappointed because my mother's favorite color is pink and they were for her birthday.

Paid for the luxe option. In no way was this luxe! The vase is supposed to be much larger. When I spoke to the floral manager she advised me they gave me the $65.00 in store arrangement because door dash marks the price up. They used lesser flowers as filler (carnations and Gerber daisies). She was rude and condescending. She told me the flowers on the Randals website are all photoshopped and the arrangements in person will never look that nice. She went on to tell me there are thousands of Randal's stores and not everyone can make the designs look that nice. Shocked to say the least! Extremely angry that I paid for the larger design and she chose to give me the smaller one. Terrible customer service! Unbelievably arrogant and unprofessional, disastrous example of management to state the website is photoshopped and not everyone can make arrangements look that nice.

The Tulips 10 Stem were a bit brown and wilted but the Sunflowers 5 stems were gorgeous.
