I wanted to snap a picitre of the 3 piece chicken but I opened the container and dug right in. Omg it's sooo good. This is my second time ordering the chicken and I'll order it again. My favorite item though is the mushroom noodles. This is def one of my favorite restaurants in portland

Always delicious - always love the big gluten free Pork dumpling! The Pork ribs were fall off the bone, even with takeout and it was plenty of food to satisfy 2 people. My brother had the Mushroom noodles, which looked delightful and he said he had a big bite of mushroom with every bite (:

It was him, but a far cry from the SE location... when I ordered the tea leaf salad they had the salad separate and the tea leaf dressing in a small container. This location had some tea leafs mixed in already and a side liquid separate. I'm not sure about the inconsistency but I preferred the first.
The Shan Pork Noodles were a first for me and I was pretty shocked by how little pork there was. Maybe a few table spoons of ground pork? I don't get to order take out often so was a bit bummed and not sure if that's how it's supposed to be in contrast to the photos. I did add some fish sauce to the noodles and it helped add flavor without the pork sauce.
I'd order again from the SE location and see if it remains as good as it was. I ordered from the NE location bc I'm house sitting.

This place is a GEM! Amazing food. We are so lucky to be able to get such deliciousness right in our neighborhood, basically anytime we want. The Lahpet, Shan pork noodles, and Pork dumpling together form the perfect dinner (with leftovers if you can manage not to eat it all).

Other than the sauce cup coming open and leaking chili oil all over the lobby of my apartment building, the food was good. Had the giant dumpling and the pork noodles, enough to fill me up and still have something for lunch the next day. I will definitely be back, and double check the sauce cup before I leave.
