RareTea has become my default Tea Place in Sacramento. They have a variety of teas using actual fresh fruit, which is often difficult to find. This does mean that some of their drinks are seasonal.
This is a chain and different locations don't always have the fresh fruit, so keep that in mind. The downside of this location is that it's located in the pedestrian mall so you'll need to park somewhere to pick up your order.
Staff is super friendly and helpful so highly recommend this place!

Rare tea never disappoints! My favorite boba shop, just wish there was a location closer to me. Quality of the drinks is always on point, and this is reflected in the taste. Yes, I would order again and will continue to do so!

The drinks came with no straw, despite two drinks coming with boba out of my order, so right away the experience was somewhat dampened.
The Signature Matcha Latte w/ Brown Sugar Boba and the Coffee Snow Cream were both great, though the Signature Matcha was somewhat disappointing. What was the worst was the Mango Green Tea, I got it with lychee jelly but the tea itself had a really bad hint of almost a chemical bitterness? i don't know what it was but the drink became completely undrinkable.
Overall, just disappointing.
