I want to give a solid rating but I have a few issues. maybe more suggestions than anything. We ordered the 20 Piece Family Tenders and they were good But I think they need to work on how they package the tenders. they put them in a tinfoil tray with nothing to collect the moisture, making the tenders soggy after being fried.
I also would like to state the employees at the Southport location were friendly but not concerned about the job as much as checking the orders to make sure they were right!
Next, we ordered loaded fries and they were amazing but moisture was also an issue! still great though.
The Garlic Parmasean and Mango Habanero sauces were the highlight of the meal.
the food was fresh but moisture played a big part in the taste of freshness!
also this location is fairly new so I have patience and will give it another chance after they've had time to work out the kinks.

Generous portions, wide variety of sauces. The store was very clean, staff was friendly and the food was done quickly. They got my order correct. However, the tenders were very, very small like they had been cut into 3-4 slices per tender. The breading was so overly salty it was inedible. They were dry and overcooked. Fries were soggy. I really wanted to like it but sadly, I do not think I'll be back. If chicken is your main focus it needs to be right and it was far from it.

Got the Chicken Sandwich. IN MY OPINION it was VERY salty and Spicy as well. Thin chicken breast 70% bun and Breading. 30% chicken Breast. But u have to Judge for yourself.

The lemon pepper wings were great, but I could have used more ranch dressing. It came with 1 small cup for 10 wings, but should have come with 2 cups. I'll definitely order again though

Didn't send the tenders nor the sauces...just the wings. Doordash refunded half the cost... The wings were just so, so. the pretzel bites were tough but the fries were very good. I've had much better at numerous pubs. Very disappointed.
