Absolutely Fantastic. I cried tears of joy upon finding this gem, Halifax has much to learn from Ray's. Their portion size is perfect and the flavour is phenomenal. The variety of taste within their plates has me ordering at least twice a week. My only complaint, I can't eat there everyday because they're not across the street from me!

The Chicken Shawarma Wrap: 750 g were excellent and a great value. I wasn't super impressed with the Ray's Garlic Potatoes: 8 OZ though as they were just fries with toum drizzled on top. Because of the name I though it would be more like roasted potato.

There was very little chicken in the chicken shawarma plate. Otherwise, the flavour was good. However, the garlic potatoes were thoroughly disappointing - dried up crunchy potatoes. Ray's used to have delicious garlic potatoes. I am not sure how or why they were changed, but they are horrible. Overall, this meal was not worth the price at all, even with the happy hour discount. 👎🏻👎🏻

Shawarma plate: The salad was dead. It was full of brown and yellowed lettuce. There weren't any chicken pieces, just the dried bits that fall of when it's sliced. It looked like saw dust. The potato had big black rotten spots in them. It was an extremely bad quality meal. Don't waste your money on this place.

not my favourite shawarma in the area; found the Chicken Shawarma Wrap: 450 g and Baklawa - OO dry and lacking in sauce and flavour :(
much preferred the Fatayer - 1pc - OO to the Spinach Fatayar (Turnover), in texture especially.
the Grape Leaves GF are pretty good.
