I ordered the Crunch -Fried Flounder Sandwich , The description said served with Fries ! I wanted to order broccoli which I did , but in doing so it cancelled out the fries ?? There was no indication that ordering the broccoli would cancel out the fries !! The order was on time , prompt , accurate and professional. The Crunch-Fried Flounder Sandwich was very good and so was the broccoli. I called and spoke with the manager @ Red Lobster and told her the description clearly says served w. fries and that I ordered the broccoli in addition . She was not having it , she said when I ordered the broccoli I should have known, it would cancel out the fries ? For a side order of fries and her insistence that I should have known that when ordering cost RL a customer . Poor customer service.
