I'm pleasantly surprised by how tasty the beef Beef Chow Fun (Wide Noodle) is - like way better than some of the bigger players (Mandarin Kitchen, Hong Kong Noodles, etc). The spring Fresh Spring Rolls are amazing too - the veggie and portion ratio is fantastic! They don't overdo it with the noodles like most restaurants. The beef Beef Rice Noodle Salad is great too - again, the portions here are perfect! Red Pepper is definitely going to be a new go-to - they have flavor balancing locked down!

The General Tso’s Chicken had a weird barbecue flavor and the egg rolls were heavy on a spice - maybe cumin? I am not sure, but it was not a great fit. The Sweet & Sour Chicken had very little chicken in the container and came with very little rice. Overall, the food was mediocre, but especially for the price, we were left quite unimpressed.

I spent over $200 and I literally could not believe the serving of Mongolian beef. It was 1/2 full pint with a few pieces of beef. Mostly veggies. I had to give my son my meal as he was far from full. The shrimp wontons were excellent. Gotta up your game if you expect people to return or refer.

Yum. House Egg Foo Young was my first and the taste & textures are amazing. Fresh veggies in Chicken with Vegetables - mmm added bok choy. I’d been craving Napa Beef Chow Mein and it hit the spot - celery was crisp, too.

The pork dumplings were adequate. The Tangerine Prawns were immensely disappointing. Water, thin, heavy on onions and pineapple, lite on unimpressive not large shrimp. Not particularly tasty, I'm sad to say.
