Outstanding. Better Hamburgers (Tavern Burgers) than most fast food places at a better price when you factor in the order includes steak fries.

The fries were stale, the burger was missing half the ingredients that are supposed to be on it. they also slathered the bun in mayo, which I requested to be left off. I would pay $5 for this burger, not $17+. McDonalds has higher quality.

Burger was burnt, no flavor and fries were soggy. Should have gotten a Whopper Jr.... way better quality and value.

Mediocre salad at best.  Tasted like the lettuce had been in the refrigerator a long time.  There was even water/condensation at the bottom of the container.  
Very disappointed, especially since the cost  was very high, I expected fresh quality food.

Used to be my favorite place to eat. Food quality completely sucks lately. I couldn't find the pineapple on my Banzai burger. It was cut thin and only 1 slice. Used to be 2 thick slices of fresh pineapple. This is routine now, happens every time. And hardly any fries. It just sucks.
